As an essential service provider, SmartHouse is open and taking enhanced precautions while we continue to provide our full range of Heating & Cooling services to keep you comfortable and safe in your home.

  • Our team members are healthy and are required to remain home if they are unwell or live with someone who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
  • We won’t shake your hand (even though we’d like to!).
  • We will maintain a distance of at least 6 feet – more if possible.
  • We’ll wear gloves and masks in your home.
  • We’ll sanitize all surfaces we touch.

 

NO CONTACT VISIT:

We’ll call when on the way and you can simply unlock the door when you see us pull up; the tech will go directly to your equipment. We can smarthouse tech in front of home and company trucktalk to you by phone upon completion of our work.

 

SPECIAL FINANCING OPTIONS:

Realizing we’re all uncertain financially these days, we have expanded our financing to include options from 6-month interest-free and payment-free programs up to 12 years financing with low monthly payments. This includes financing for repairs (over $100), as well as system replacements.
