Every year, the BBB’s Eastern & Southwest Missouri & Southern Illinois chapter presents a select number of deserving businesses with their TORCH award. These businesses must show a commitment to ethical business practices, provide the best available customer service, resolve any disputes, inspire their own workforce, and stay involved in their communities (especially during such trying times as a global pandemic!)
