Our HVAC system was replaced by SmartHouse in the late-summer of 2023. They serviced the units earlier last week as part of a pre-paid semi-annual maintenance program. Yesterday, we noticed the upstairs unit wasn’t working. Even though it was a holiday weekend, they dispatched an on-call technician to diagnose and correct the problem before the upstairs got too cold. We couldn’t be happier with SmartHouse!

The serviceman Scott was very knowledgeable and friendly and took care of my boiler. I will definitely use them again. Price was reasonable also for what he had to do.

The Installation of a new furnace and AC unit was accomplished with professionalism, competency, and the highest level of craftsmanship. They had to first take out a 25+ year old system, and obviously all of the various lines, pipings and sheet metal ductwork we’re not about to line up with the more modern, compact and advanced system. But they reconfigured everything beautifully, on budget and on time. I recommend them highly.

Came out on New Year’s Day within 30 minutes of calling. Quickly identified the problem with our furnace and had it fixed in no time!

We returned to our house about 4pm yesterday (12/31/23) to find our furnance not working. SmartHouse answering service person was very polite and helpful, promising a call from a service technician within an hour. Scott called in about 30 minutes, we discussed the situation and he said he could be at the house in about 30 minutes. We both had guests due at our houses in a few hours for dinner. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and polite as he diagnosed and resolved the issue. We could not be more pleased with the manner in which this issue was handled and resolved.

I had a great experience with the technician Bob. He was courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly. He swiftly had our boiler furnace back up and running during that horrible cold. This was my second time calling SmartHouse. My first experience with Luke, he was why we called the second time. Knowledgeable professionals with great sense of humors. Would highly recommend.

Great team. My house is 100 years old, and the electric system might be older. I’ve had these guys come out on Christmas to help me and my family, and they were there and fixed it, and were nice to boot. They do what they can, and they don’t invent problems for you to pay to solve. Very solid business, would use them again

We had Smart House Heating and Cooling visit us in early Fall due to one of our outside units had already frozen over and we had conerrns going into Winter. Techs advised older unit should be replaced but we opted to get one more winter out of the unit. The unit hard frozen over in January and we needed a replacement ASAP. Tim came out and said he could help us and get job done before the next hard freeze came through. The crew arrived and were efficient and professional. The temperature dropped all day and the crew worked all day inside and outside for us. Great job and Thank you for all the work. We would recommend the company and crew any day.

The Smarthouse folks have been nothing but splendid! Super responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable. I feel like they take my questions seriously and ensure that I understand all thats going on. They understand each rebate and tax credit and handled it for me. I have only had extremely lovely experiences and recommend them to all my friends.

The best in the biz! Called late in the evening for a broken furnace and Ryan was out in a couple hours. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes and I had heat again. Highly recommend!

New furnace and AC installed Tuesday. Had a couple of problems but they worked through them very effectively. I am a very satisfied customer and would gladly recommend them. They did good work; cleaned up afterwards; answered all my questions; very professional. I’d give them a 10 out of 10.
